From couch to 5km, the jump from half to full marathon, and ultras beyond, we work with your goals to make you a stronger, fitter, and happier athlete.

  • Bespoke, individualised 1:1 coaching plan, set every two weeks

  • Based around your event and distance goals

  • Athlete initiated monthly phone call to go through the month of training and plan the next one

  • Initial consultation, questionnaire, training review if required, and a follow up call before any training is planned

  • Unobtrusive training to fit in, and around your life and commitments

  • Race and training nutrition guidance

  • Running specific strength and conditioning

£80/€90 per month
