Custom Plans


What is it?


Either 6 or 12 weeks fixed term plan, paid for upfront. Perfect if you’re targeting a specific cycling or running event or just want a fitness boost with a structured program.

These are fully bespoke, 1:1 coaching plans tailored to your goals and availability, not a cookie-cutter or discounted pre-made template. Your entire custom training plan is designed in advance and uploaded in one go, giving you everything you need to follow independently.

This differs from our continuous coaching plans, which are updated weekly or bi-weekly with regular communication, feedback, and adjustments as you progress.




Options


The 6 week plan is 25% off what you would pay with the monthly plan for the same time period. This is a great way to get your first taste of coaching, allowing you to see the benefits and if a monthly plan is right for you. This plan works as a great gift too.

The 12 week plan is 30% off the monthly payment price, and can take you through the majority of winter training or the pre-season to maximise your summer of racing, or complete your first marathon, and general goal smashing. Also great for cyclo-cross or in preparation for the hill climb season!
